The ruined citadel and imposing public squares reveal the three main stages of development before the city was abandoned in the early 10th century."

Wow..received this cool postcard of the 10th century Mayan Ruins of Copan in Honduras. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Postcard was postmarked in Copan on July 3, 2009 and arrive in Penang on July 30, 2009. Thanks so much to Malena who was travelling in Central America.
